Phyllis Schneider, nee Jacobs, 83, beloved wife for 63 years of James; devoted mother of Mark (Michelle), Gregg (Rita), and Neal (Stacey); cherished grandmother of Steven (Lindsey), Daniel (Jenny), Andrew (Jaclyn), Bradley (Lexi), Jared (Dixxie), Scott, Benjamin, Anna, Joel, and Matthew Schneider; doting GiGi of Elijah, Miriam, Eliana, Samuel, Remi, Dylan, and Amos; loving daughter of the late Emil and Florence Jacobs of St. Louis; dearest sister of Franklin (Marylen Mann and the late Susie) Jacobs; caring sister-in-law of Richard (Sandra) and the late Francine Elkins; adored aunt and cousin to many; grandmother figure to numerous.
